Dana Glenn, Executive Director
Dana Glenn combines visionary, philosophical, and systems-thinking to co-create solutions that serve humanity in its most challenging moments. With 15 years of experience managing projects and leading teams across diverse industries worldwide, he specializes in large-scale events and disaster relief, with a strong focus on supporting teams and building systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Dana approaches the world with curiosity, open-mindedness, and a thirst for knowledge and experience. His calm leadership style enabled him to manage a site evacuation safely in rough seas on an expedition in Antarctica. He holds a B.A. in International Studies from RMIT University and an M.A. in Project Management from Monash University.

Deva Temple, Research Director
Deva Temple is a futurist researcher and author with a passion for designing sustainable human systems. She holds an MA in Global Leadership & Sustainable Development and a graduate certificate in Ecological Economics & Environmental Policy. Over the last 20 years she has developed, founded and worked with several for-profit and non-profit organizations, creating sustainable solutions in response to environmental and social challenges. She has first hand experience organizing community responses to multiple natural disasters. She is passionate about leveraging cutting edge technology to create a better world, with current projects in the realm of AI, machine learning and communications. She resides in Ojai, California where she is building an intentional community, Mother Tree Sanctuary, focused on collective resilience to the changes that climate change brings.

Dr. John C. Fieck, Chief Technology Officer
Dr. John C. Fieck is the CEO of John’s PC Configurations, specializing in creating computer hardware/software, mobile and network solutions for individuals, small and large businesses, and communities. With over 45 years of experience in computer technology, and earning multiple computer science degrees, he was mentored by Steve Jobs and worked at IBM and Microsoft before starting his own business. John tailors his 5-step problem-solving/design/build methodology to a client’s goals, needs and desired results. In 2013, he was honored as Executive of the Year in Computer Technology by Worldwide Branding. Since 2021 he has received the City of Marysville’s Computer Excellence Award. John thrives on complex problem solving. For relaxation, he enjoys fishing and dabbling with Chinese medicine.

Kaitlin Bleier, Branding & Strategy Director
Kaitlin Bleier is a logistics-savvy problem solver and creative collaborator with a passion for health, wellness, and all forms of storytelling. She brings nearly 20 years of project management experience and transferable skills from working with creative organizations and tech companies. Her specialties include Change Management Consulting, Process Auditing and Management, and Writing. Although Kaitlin has spent most of her career in project management, she recently transitioned to brand management and is pursuing an MBA with a focus on marketing at the University of San Francisco. In her free time, you can usually find her running, trying a new recipe, or on adventure with her dog Luna. She holds a B.A. in English and Comparative Literary Studies from Occidental College, a Project Management Certificate from UCLA, and certifications as a PMP and CSM.

Margaret M. Dorchester, Adminstrative Director
Margaret M. Dorchester envisions a world where leaders work collaboratively, with integrity, humor, and appreciation, to create products and services that delight customers. With over 30 years of experience, she helps businesses and government agencies to bring this vision to life. Equipped with an MBA from Pepperdine University and PMP certification, she partners with individuals and organizations to overcome business challenges and drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. She actively volunteers with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award program and serves as a volunteer leader with the Pacific Northwest Regional Quality program. Her personal interests include travel, theater, museums, wellness and lifelong learning.
